no and no stevoIf I was Perth Bears. He would be one of the players I'd be chasing along with Hayward, but I.hope that doesn't happen.

Sharks and Raiders will be targeted also. Mariota, Mooney, Saulo, Martin brothers and young Jake Clydesdale for Raiders stuck with reduced minutes in lower grades. If I was Perth Bears. He would be one of the players I'd be chasing along with Hayward, but I.hope that doesn't happen.
he has been very good i agreeI thought he had a very good game on the weekend!
Nah bro, oUr TrAiNiNg MeThOdS aRe CaUsIng OuR InJuRiEs
He is miles ahead of DSF imo and can cover edge and play longer min
Well yeah but thats because we have so many forwards out, when we have a relatively healthy team and Leo Thompson in the team he’s not gonna be a starter is he

Morrin isn’t signed for next year but yeah we are building some good depth in propsI forgot about Leo. Geez we’re going to have so much talent to choose from next season! What a great problem to have.
Next year’s prop forward depth: King, Thompson, Hughes, Curran, Todd, Hopoi, Tupes, Hayes, DSF, Morrin, Underhill, Zyon.
Half of them can play back row too though. Knowing we have these players gives me no concerns at all about our pack strength for the near future.

Agreed. You can’t keep them all and re-signing Morrin could mean eventually losing a Todd or Underhill down the track which would be worse. I honestly think we have a great squad and players that won’t break bank come contract negotiationsThen I can see them letting him go if necessary. I love his attitude but with the quality we have, he would be well down the pecking order. Hopoi needs to be in the top half because he has the motor which is clearly not very common with most props.

Underhill is doing well for a young prop learning to play against men. I am confident he will be a mainstay in our squad for years to come.I also wouldn’t feel bad if DSF left. Same reason as you mentioned. Imo Todd, Hayes and Hopoi are must keep. Underhill I am not convinced yet. Maybe it’s because I haven’t seen enough of him playing, but whenever I have, he hasn’t stood out to me much.

Do you think we keep Hayes & Hughes? Hughes is a big boy but needs to match the output Hayes does when on the pitch.
Hopoi has surprised me and I’ll be keen to see if he can keep progressing after a breakout game last week
We haven’t had everyone available so it’s hard to understand what the current pecking order is. Hughes came into the season IMO as the starter but the emergence of Hayes puts that into jeopardy when Salmon returns.I think Hughes is another that may be victim to our depth, but I rate him much higher than DSF and Morrin. If he was allowed to leave, I would be quite concerned that he could become one of the premier props and we’d be regretting letting him go. Hopefully they can fit him in. You have to remember he’s very young as far as props go. Same with Hopoi and several others.
I reckon Hopoi could become a mainstay in the team in the near future. I’ve had raps on him since he made his debut. The last game only surprised me in the way he mentally took on the job as one of the two main props after DSF was knocked out. I was also surprised he had such a big motor, but always wondered why he was overtaken by Hayes and Todd. I guess he wasn’t in the best form in reggies, but it’s interesting because players can often be average down there and really impress when they get their chance in the top grade. I do remember people saying he’s been good lately so it may just be that he wasn’t performing well in the early rounds.
