Said it the other week that watching him at Belmore in Cup, me and a mate were shocked how much he has grown over the last year.

It was the only thing holding him back as his motor is nxt level and so glad he showed it tonight.

The more you see this shit the more you wonder WTF Leo Thompson when you still have kids like Underhill and Marshall to come.

Our players are coming on crazy this year. Hayward, xerri, Tracey they’re all looking faster and stronger as this year has progressed.

The way the coaches and staff are running this club it would be so hard not to excel...

One minute the boys will be playing golf on BSG, next minute its time to hit a field sesh and theyre straight on and are professional.

Kicking the clowns out of the club was a masterstroke.

I agree but we'll lose genuinely good kids who would've become just as good for half the price i reckon.

Hayes, Hopoi and Underhills motors are insane. As is Hughes.. Morrin still growing.

Then you have Toddy whose just a weapon.

Then we got kids like AJ, O.Smith and Marshall coming through the ranks..

Going to be quite a headache come 2 years time.

I've been saying "wtf Thompson" since the beginning btw.

Depends on the cost of the contract. But agree we have such quality kids who come into the side and just do a job. Leo really needs to turn into a point of difference for our forward pack and I just don’t see it. Would hate to lose some of these young forwards cause of this deal.

I know u have rather we said we wouldnt say shit because he'd probably be as good as the Kiks/Crighton signings tbf.

Now you know why ive been saying i wouldnt re-sign MK after his contract ends in 2027 because i rate so many kids highly!!! BUT how the Fcuk dont you re-sign MK!

Still if Curran/Hughes/Leo/Hopoi/Underhill/Todd/Presto/Hayes are killing it with the next breed coming through too and MK starts to decline in 2.5 years i think the decision will be easier. Just hope he wins a title with this club.

King only just turned 28 too and he doesn't look like slowing down. What's done is done but I don't like it lol. Thompson is going to have to turn it up a few years and show something extra because that reported 825k is looking crazy right now.

I dont think it ill be a money issue, more of game time issue i reckon.

Hopefully the kids just stick around for the opportunity as no contract is solid.

Is Marshall the goods? I know the talk is Underhill after Todd, but will Marshall live up to his wraps? Genuine question as I haven’t seen him play

2.5 years is still 2.5 seasons...

Hopefully he just becomes King but dominates the fcuk out of the middle.
