The raiders do not need him yet. They have an abundance of forwards. They have Papali & Tapine who are starters, Guler, Horsbrough & Mooney who play off the bench or depth. Thompson would struggle for minutes if he chose them.

They're only saying raiders are favourites because Thompson played in their Jersey Flegg team for a couple of years.

I like my oldest nephew. But I have to say that I like him better when he isn't around often. I've lived with him twice. The first time was right after my first overseas trip before I was working again. I signed up for a TAFE course, partly to get out of the house more. He went down and signed up for it the following day. So I wound up doing every bit of homework twice as I knew he'd get his hands on it and copy mine. He's got ADHD and loves to annoy the fuck out of his housemates. He spends his rent money on pot then will swear til he's blue in the face that you're behind in rent, not him, he ate just about every snack I bought and swore it was a friend of his who ate them when he'd visit even though he didn't visit as often as would be required.

The second time I let him move in for a few months, he swore he wouldn't be the same. He broke that promise quickly doing the same shit. The lady straw was one day after getting out of the shower I spotted something on top of the linen cupboard in the bathroom, pulled it down and found it was a pair of undies that he'd used to wipe his ass somewhere. Had to have a second shower. Kicked him out that day then found 15 soft drink bottles full of piss under his bed because he was too lazy to get up for the toilet at night.

So there's loads of reasons why having his brother at the club could be a potential anti selling point for him staying.

I'm not offended. But if it comes out that Leo Thompson's motivation for jumping ship from the knights is due to his annoying brother I'm going to start funneling my powers if prediction into something more useful than this forum.

no chance.. it would be for 2026 when Papa retires.. those other guys aren't as good as Thompson so he would be up front with Tapine...
