unfortuantly for the lil kittys rights is that it is not an australian native species,the law is so much more savere to native fauna,,unfortuantly for the lil kitty is that it is an introduced pest that does more harm to our native fauna that it is not funny,,all cats should be kept inside by law from dusk to dawn and there isnt any actual environmental law preventing the slaughter of cats and it is actually encouraged in some parts of the country,,,so the man in question will probebly recieve a cruelty to foreign animals charges from the rspca and that will be as bad as it gets for him...
thats why man invented and eye for an eye policy,,,the courts should be left out of it..
