But seriously, this is great news. Whilst other clubs are being sponsored by car dealers (rooters, St merge), we have a whole car company...

Kias are much better than they used to be. An aunt of mine drives a new Rio. Whilst it's not exactly a Mercedes, it seems to do the job, and isn't "tinny" like they used to be.

Excellent news! The doggies go from strength to strength. We've got sponsors coming out of our backside, and unlike most teams, many of them are huge companies.

Just googled who Kia sponsors and it's an impressive list. FIFA World Cup brasil, euro 2016, australian open and (not so impressive) essendon fc. And now the Bulldogs.

P.s: I've never given much thought to Kia cars but that Sorrento looks pretty good.

The new cars are bloody good cars, and like the Dogs going from strength to strength, so is KIA are a car company.

Remember they are owned by Hyundai who sponsor the A League, so to get a soccer focussed sponsor to sign up as a partner with the Bulldogs, is MASSIVE news.

So what car manufacturers does that make now?

Holden - NRL (Holden Half Time).
Toyota - NYC (Toyota Cup) & Cowboys
Hyundai - Broncos (Platinum Sponsor)
Suzuki - Storm & Warriors
Peugeot - Roosters
