Also proves the point I have always made that authorities know about every single potential "terrorist" suspect in this country and they don't really have to wait for an evidence or a proof to put them in jail.

Honestly after 9/11 the terrorism laws allow for the law to be a lot more aggressive, but they still have to obey the law. If you arrest someone without evidence then.you have a chance of ruining the case. And unfortunately the police aren't psychic.

that's the point. People have been thrown in jail on little to no evidence and this case is a another example. put in jail first investigate later.

Nah. Not thrown in gaol. They've been arrested and detained with little to no evidence. In rwch case they've been eventually released with no charge.

That's the problem. They arrested them and if they can't get evidence then no judge will send them to gaol so they have to release them. Then they've been warned so anything they plan to do gets pushed ahead.

Loud mouth Man Monis was already on TV for his screwed up behaviour well before the terrorist attack.

He was on trial for a murder and he had given plenty of signs to be nut case who should have been put in jail long time ago.

Still not sure where he got the gun from.
