He's played the ball playing lock role like in the juniors, but he seems like a pretty big 6 anyway

They have said there will be an increased focus between fg and Cup with similar plays etc to faciliate slotting in between the 2 teams. Will they train together?

Maybe Avo will play fb in Cup first few rounds under Potter to improve his game.

bit different in first grade, lock is defending as a front rower, he cant do that, he is a definite 6

If all that's true, it's probably the best news as it'll mean better juniors coming through then. We would be able to have a competitive junior squad.

I assume the 2nd year option would be in his favour so its a 2 year deal whereas we only offered him a 1 year deal

IMO he is just another C_______T who only wanted to milk everything he could from our club. I'd bet that he will willingly retire the first time he suffers an injury at Manly.

He is listed at 185 CM and 106 KG, and definitely looks faster than Hoppa, I think with GOOD coaching he would make a great 3 or 4 or possibly even a FB, rather than a 6. We should try to get him, he and Shoup at 3 and 4 could be awesome for us in a year or two.

If Shuster asks for a release he will be available for 2021 where as Cleary has said that they won't be releasing Burton so he won't be available untill 2022.

Maybe the timing will decide which should be our priority.
