Sloan lacks the effort and workrate to fit our squad. Cody Ramsey would be a better option if you had to pick a Dragons back
 
Tracey is worst fullback in the NRL. Not that Gus his bad but just fullback is very deep. Temu Gutherson

a concern is his passing, often he holds onto the ball too long and gets whacked or just digs too deep into the line giving no room for critta to run.

Worked setting up Kikau.
Legit the only thing wrong with his game is:
* Lack of awareness on 40-20 kicks
* Terrible last line defence and tendency to get stuck at marker when defending our line.

40/20 and tackling are his biggest weakness.

yeah. Sometimes he can be really good with it, because with his pace if he gets the timing right, it's super hard to defend.. but we need more of it..

I thought it was promising signs he was involved in a right side almost try scoring play when Galvin came on.. I feel like our right side in attack has so many levels to go up and given that was Lachy's first hit out, I can see him unlocking it.

re Sloan - you can't coach speed but it is possible to develop a tough mental attitude.
