Based on what i have read in the 2 cases with Hayne and JDB, i dont believe they raped.
I reckon it is buyers remorse on the females side.
After they had sex with the players, they did not get attention paid to them.
Once that happened i reckon it was revenge.
In the case of Hayne, the woman would have felt so used that there was a cab waiting outside. That is a pretty low act, but it does not mean rape.

Interesting story to show it can happen to anyone,
A few years ago I was bangin this girl leb style and the Condom was slipping off so I got rid of it. Thought the girl saw me do that and knew. Wa last right in front of her.
Afterwards she got angry in a wtf happened way when she saw the beetlejuice on her.
She took a while to get over it.
A week later I read in the paper about ‘stealthing’ and how it just got made illegal that day.
