Had his arm slightly out and not entirely tucked into the body like a typical shoulder charge. Whare hit Reynolds from behind with the exact same sort of style and hurt him pretty bad and nothing was made of that. Worst possible scenario he gets charged and we fight it and prove his arm was out from his body and he is free to play.

Fox Sports already reporting it as "HUGE shoulder charge" by Graham.

Not to mention "Reynolds starts early scuffle", completely overlooking the fact Mansour pushed Reynolds in the back and should have been penalised.

He had separation, so going off the "rules" then that's not a shoulder charge and shouldn't of even been a penalty.
