Radio commentary I was listening to said between 8 and 12. If it happened to a no-name player that wouldn't scrutinise it as much as they have now (even though biting is a disgraceful act). The fact that it happened to Slater won't really help him.

Do you guys think maybe he wants out? Think of a few things.
1) he can't wait to go and see his family
2) he mentioned in his media interview "I could have gotten up to leave if I wanted to" sounds bad in some way. Means he has thought about it.
3) Greenburg wanted to extend his contract for a further 2 years.

Daniel Moroko (Sharks Toyota Cup player) amazingly got one game for biting this year.

There's no chance of a penalty that lenient, though. It'll be a few weeks for sure.

initial reaction is 3 months, but honestly it could be around 4 weeks. i think hes a bit lucky in that the footage of it isnt as bad as it could have been.

Highly disappointing in Graham, I seen it as it was happening, but wasn't too sure if my eyes were deceiving me, unfortunately it was confirmed when I heard Archer say there was a biting allegation.

There is a small mark (dot of blood) on the inside of Slaters ear (clearly visible in the after match interview), I can't say it was caused by a bite, but it's quite a coincidence.

Not looking good for Graham. Worst part is we'll now be remembered as the biting dogs.

thats one way of bringing the bite back into the dogs ...
unfortunately for our English mate graham will be looking at some time on the sideline next year..

yep. thats why people were kicking up a fuss when maitua and ben pomeroy got suspended for 2 weeks each. maitua misses 2 trial games and pomeroy missed the sharks finals game

They do. Crocker copped to the plea against us for his late, high hit on Keating because he could serve the suspension in the preseason games.
