Half of those coaches won't come as an interim. If they get the head coaching job they also won't come until next year. The answer is Gus + Tangles and Shane Flanagan arrives next year.

If Flanagan is going to be the long term coach (no idea if he is or not) don't beat around the bush, get him here now. Yes he may lose plenty of games to begin with, but at least he gets to know the players earlier and can trial some of our reserve graders and juniors etc

Is there an e.g. of this ever happening? As in next years coach (that isn't an interim/already at the club) joins mid season.

I have the same thinking. No point wasting time. Start looking for assistants today.

From what Gus has said it almost certain to be Potter
I wonder if that is a plan. Give it to him for the season, if he does well over the next 6 weeks maybe he gets a year or two.

Well inside goes is that it's between the 2 I've mentioned previously.

Of course that is at this moment.
I would keep tangles as cup coach as they are flying high and he is doing a great job....let him finish what he started

We are getting the spoon regardless who comes in now
