Foran’s specialist advised he didn’t play this week and will be assessed again next week. Elliott is named at 13. Yes, Wakeham not in the 17 and not explained why.

So much for me thinking that Foran lasts the year and combines brilliantly with Wakeham.

Hopefully the Dogs have spoken to the Sharkes and obtained a drug to cure cantpassitis that Lewis who suffers from.

As for Foran, it seems a leopard can't change his spots.

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs will return to the field this weekend against the Manly Sea Eagles.

Since the squad has returned to training, the Bulldogs have ramped up their preparations over the past three weeks to be ready for a return to play on May 31.

Dean Pay has confirmed his squad for the round three fixture, but there are still some faces missing due to injury.

Kieran Foran will miss the match against the Sea Eagles, after his shoulder specialist ruled him out as a precaution.

Foran visited his specialist earlier in the week who said that he was happy with Kieran's progress, but wanted him to engage in more contact and strength work next week.

Kieran's return date will be assessed then.

Joe Stimson is one-week post second stage operation to his shoulder and will begin his rehab program in two weeks.

Meanwhile, Chris Smith had exploratory surgery to his knee due to an ongoing inflammatory response which will help his rehab program progress. The backrower is looking at another 3-4 weeks on the sideline.

Outside back Marcelo Montoya is two weeks post injury after he sustained a grade two hamstring tear at training. The local junior is progressing well and is on restricted duties.

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs can provide the following injury report following the club’s round six clash with the Cronulla Sharks.

After missing the Sharks match with a hip flexor strain, winger Nick Meaney is available for selection this week.

Forward Chris Smith has recovered from his knee injury and is also available for selection this week.

Following a scheduled appointment with the surgeon last week, Joe Stimson is doing well and will look to up his recovery from shoulder surgery. The back-rower will start his running program next week and will continue to work alongside the club’s HPU staff.

Marcelo Montoya (Hamstring) will join the main group this week and be back to full training. He will be available for selection in round eight.

Meanwhile, rookie Isaiah Tass has suffered a ruptured PCL to his left knee. The young outside back will be in a brace for six weeks and be sidelined for three to four months.

That's a shame for young Tass. Off contract, and would have been keen to show what he could do to try and earn another shot.

That is a worry for me nothing against him I just don't see him as a 1st grader

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs can confirm Adam Elliott will miss the remainder of the 2020 season due to a shoulder injury.

Elliott suffered a dislocated shoulder during the Bulldogs clash with the South Sydney Rabbitohs following a tackle on Rabbitohs prop Tom Burgess.

The lock forward was sent for scans at the start of the week with results confirming the 25-year old will require a shoulder reconstruction to repair the damage.

He will undergo surgery next week with a rehabilitation period of five to six months.

In other injury news, Will Hopoate is one-week post operation after suffering a high-grade tear of the syndesmosis ligament to his left ankle.

Hopoate has started treatment as well as upper body weights which are partial weight baring at the moment. He is still six to eight weeks away from returning.

Joe Stimson is eight weeks post shoulder surgery and has started his running program as well as his strength work.

Meanwhile, rookie Isaiah Tass is still in a brace following a ruptured PCL to his left knee two weeks ago. The young outside back is on restricted duties inside the gym and is still two to three months away from returning to full training.

Stimson looks like he has slimmed down and looks fairly determined in his recent video uploaded to the dogs website.

Maybe this injury has given him the wake up call he needed

Injury update: Foran cleared on any damage

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs can confirm Kieran Foran has been cleared of any major damage to his toe.

Foran was assessed midway through the first half of Saturday’s match at WIN Stadium, before being forced off for a HIA after a high tackle by Dragons second-rower Tariq Sims in the 38th minute.

He passed the HIA, but he did not return in the second half due to the toe injury.

The playmaker was sent for scans over the weekend and cleared of any major damage. He will train with the team this week and is expected to take his place in the side for the clash with the Newcastle Knights on Sunday.

In other injury news, Will Hopoate is recovering well from an ankle syndesmosis injury. The outside back will start his running program over the next week and is still 5 to 6 weeks away from returning to play.

Adam Elliott has had surgery on his injured left shoulder and will commence his rehab program over the next month. The surgeon was happy with the outcome following surgery last week.

Rookie Isaiah Tass has started his rehab running program and will join the main group in the next 2 to 3 weeks, while Joe Stimson continues to improve and build on his running and strength program as he works his way back from two shoulder operations.

Can I say it once more? The update of this site has just made this so depressing .. may I ask who’s idea this was? I’m serious, very curious to know lol .!!!
Good chance the driver was deprecation of the old version (no longer updated/supported) and may not be compatible with major browsers going forward - Safari, Chrome etc. We’ll all get used to it just as we have on other platforms (that said I don’t use any other social media so I assume every now and then they change their UX/UI as well)...
