It does make me roll my eyes reading what some on here say about Burton. The kid is a gun taking on too much with too many sh$T cts around him.

Finding a spine is hard enough. Keep him and add Mahoney and we have 2 good spine players with 2 to go. Ridiculous people wanna get rid of him.

Heard that too many times to believe it anymore. 2021 was supposed to be the year we'd see real improvement. Then it was going to be 2022; now they're saying 2023. It's all lies.
Goulds not perfect but he will improve this roster out of sight in nect few years..

All of the idiots on here that were dissing Burton last week should kneel down and kiss his left boot
They said he should be a punter instead. He's not a half, he's a centre... I hope they're honest enough to admit when they're wrong and give credit where it's due.

Actually this is pretty accurate. The players who are first grade material - consistently.

Agree overall but I think forwards King and Ava perform well given the low $ they're on compared to Thompson and co. I've lost count on how many times King looks to offload post contact and there's no team mates ready to run off him.

I'm sorry you have to play with 15 shit ***** every week.
Now Now Bro, I don't quite agree with 15 pieces of shit, some of the 15 would be OK if we had had better coaching in the past.
Our problem is that 5 -6 wouldn' make the Penrith CC side, perhaps and then only perhaps tlheir Ron Massey team, starting with our most important position No 7.
Proof of poor coaching is the fact that manyTK's have been calling for Averillo to be tried at FB for more than a year now, IMHO he has alredy proven that FB is by far his best position.

And that goes to show we’re still no where near a complete first grade team. Longest rebuild on top of rebuilds I’ve ever seen.

Thing is, that’s what most teams look like in the comp. A good coach will be able to bring out the confidence in those around the key guys so they know there roles. Do the same exercise on the cowboys and it will look similar. Especially if you compare how those players were performing the last couple of years compared to this year. Manly is another good example. Lots of plodders with good players in the right roles.

The key is getting the right coach. I will say I like what potter has done. Discipline is much better now. We even won a penalty count this week. Errors going way down. More work on defence is required, but with squad changes that can be hard and really the base system is poor so that will be hard to fix during the season.

But if we get that right coach. The base to make the eight is there. Won’t win the competition but better days are ahead only If we get the right coach.

So Gus just sign Flanagan already. Stop playing ducks and drakes.

Alsi RFM needs to be added to that squad. He is a keeper especially as he won’t be commanding top dollar. He fought when having 3 on him every tackle. Another to lock in. I would like to see him on the other side of the field given kikau will be playing burtons side.
