Finish the phrase.

I miss when:

- Jmoz used to be fast
- our halves touched the ball more than forwards
- Eastwood used to make a break with every touch
- Eastwood used to touch the ball
- Kas played more than 7 mins in the second half
- our attacking bombs were high enough so that chasers could get there in time
- our forwards used to make more than 3 metres per hit up
- des used to evolve with the game
- Trex was far away from our club.

I miss when i could watch a game and safely say "we will win this". Every single fucking game seems like a 50-50 game, you watch when we play the Knights we will bumbe and stumble our way through.

Pre 4th tackle plodding...
I miss a coach that gives a fck and team.. not just caring for the money and the golden handshakes garaunteeing no players dropped to reserves...

I miss when:
- there was one referee on the field, and he managed to get 90% of the calls right without the aid of technology.
- the NRL was a proud game and games were won and lost based on merit, not the bookies call.
- the NRL actually enforced salary cap breaches.

Brett Kimmorley would look at the fans and clap as he went in the tunnel.

I miss the days when playing for the BULLDOGS was an honor & a privilege.
Players felt more pain than the supporters after a loss.
Now they just laugh & hug the opposition after a loss knowing they are still getting paid a bundle.
Yes I miss
"ONCE WE WERE BULLDOGS"

I miss 2012. That year we reinvented ourselves under the guidance of a supercoach with fresh ideas. We were fun to watch and burned oppositions new holes.
I miss the days when the NRL was run as a sport not a business. When throwing a waterbottle at an opponent would be taken care of on the field, not off it.
I miss the days when you could have a sneaky slash on the field cause you needed to go so wtf.
I miss the day before PC found its way into sport.
I miss the days our players worse our jersey with such pride you could just imagine some of them...like Folksey, Robbo, Baa wearing it to bed.
I miss the days our club was run by people who cared if we won or lost football games and were accountable for that.
I miss the last time losing 2 games to our arch enemy Parramatta in the same season at our home ground meant that heads must roll.
I miss the last time a side never played the same opposition twice in the space of 5 weeks.
I miss when we used to play every other side in the competition twice in a season. Once at our home and once at their home. Not twice at soulless ANZ.
But most of all I miss being excited about going to watch our boys play because we'd play the game with style, we'd play hard, we'd try different things, and we weren't a bunch of overcoached robots going through the motions. THIS is what upsets me the most.
