I bought an iPhone 12 mini, hot phone?

I bought a iPhone 12 mini..

I'm a big guy and some might say the iphone mini phone is for girls..

But let's go back a few years and mobile phones were smaller .. the best phones were small, portable ..

I've always loved packing in tech into a small device.

I hate the big phones these days, basically lugging around a tablet. Looks ridiculous talking on a tablet.

The Iphone 12 mini jams all the flagship tech in a small box.

A mate of mine had a job at me saying it was too small, but his ridiculous phone is way too big.. he has the Samsung galaxy note, monster phone..

Am I cooler than him or does he have me?

Sorry for the late reply. I had to wait for the pharmacist to develop my film but for an extra few bucks they offered overnight service, which I thought was pretty good. Then my neighbour used something he called a ‘scanner’ which turned my photo into a ‘file’ which allowed it to be added to TK. Exhausting stuff!

Anyway, I have the PMG801. I’m not sure how it compares size wise to your ‘Mini’, or how they compare in the flagship tech status but my only gripe with this phone is I can’t use it and TK at the same time as I need my 56k modem to access TK so I hope I don’t miss any important calls (like those from India).

Not sure I understand. Why would I tear pictures out of Penthouse and sticky tape them to my phone? I mean I don’t mind given I read Penthouse for the articles but I wouldn’t want to do anything to the phone that might make me miss an important call from India.

I have an old Galaxy 9 I picked up for a good price in Zurich. I like it because it has great reception, which I need for the remote areas I sometimes work in.

Years ago the experts predicted that phones would become so small, we'd find them hard to use - then social media bloomed, and everyone wanted to see themselves on the big screen. Phones have become larger, instead. So much for expert predictions.

My Mrs has the iPhone 12 Pro but I don't see the appeal in those big screens. Before this I had an iPhone 6S and it was great. I got the SE because it's basically the updated version of the 6, 7 and 8, meaning all the accessories are still great. The case fits and leaves only the camera exposed, the screen protector is the game and the same charger is being used. The only difference is the SE is bigger in storage size not physical size. I want something that fits into my pocket, however as ladies carry bags they can probably afford to carry the bigger phone on them.

They’re only bigger because Steve jobs died. I think they will eventually reduce in size
