TBH $10 million is what they promised, and dont teams have to fit an expanded top squad of 30 under the cap next year instead of 25?

Maybe those 5 extra players is what's putting them over the cap?

They do reckon up to 10 clubs are over the lower 9.14 million cap for next year currently. Heard it on the radio recently. Dont know how many are over 9.5
