Just tear up Woods and Forans contract, absolutely ridiculous by the club. Foran should be on an absolute max of 500-600k ffs.
Too generous IMO. I'd say he's worth 450k max factoring in the risk.

You're even less nice than me. You're probably not wrong though! Haha.
Williams & Hoppa are/were Haslers love child.

Foran is the biggest of Haslers love child.

The players are fed up. The special treatment Williams and Hoppa got from Hasler was absolutely mind boggling. Foran is the iceing on the cake.

Foran is unwanted and the problem is the NRL have already signed off on his contract.

If there was no actual salary cap set at the time they could challenge it, you've gotta appeal everything these days.
The court would laugh at them.

They would say, if there wasn't a set amount, then they shouldn't have signed players on huge salaries.

Cause the broncos signed jack bird for $50 and $999950 in TPA's
Maybe your club should offer unders & the players get more money from TPA's.

You don't have to be a genius to work that out. (oh wait, the Bulldogs don't have geniuses working at the club ATM)

We would not even need a genius , just someone with half a bit of common sense that should of cut our losses and pulled the pin at the end of last season. But what do they do extend the problem another two years. Then come out with absolute pure bullshit excuses

Bulldogs sell papers..i dont believe anything that was written. Every club was promised 13million last year. All clubs would have majority of that spent. The nrl are a mess. Trying to get a loan to cover them until the new deal comes through. The bulldogs mess maybe over exaggerated to sell papers . Yes we may be over but i doubt the papers know the real figures. Drama creates headlines and atm we are it. They can write anything and get away with it. We are over the cap because we are funneling money for terrorist.
Agreed ... there's no way Hoppa is on even close to $500k.

I doubt ANY of the articles figures are correct.

Tigers just announced signing Marshall. How we can be over the cap yet Tigers can sign players left, right and centre, and not an eyelid is mind boggling.

Because your club is paying too much for the players.

Not that difficult to work out.

Compared to Brisbane who don't pay for players at all?
If the Broncos found a loophole, well more power to them.

Maybe the Dogs should ask the Broncos on how to stay under the salary cap.

At least we don't have Eastwood on about 700,000. (FMD)

Your club are re-signing nuffies.

Broncos are signing nuffies & they become internationals.

Bulldogs nuffies, stay nuffies.

Also Bird is not on the money the media are saying. (no not more)
Totally disagree. Our nuffies do not stay nuffies..............they get worse.

IF this story has any legs, then surely this is the nail in the coffin for these 2 (dib and des).
This is unforgivable.
Des did the same back at manly with player contracts, now with us.
I deadset reckon this mug is the master of manipulation and dib aint as smart as he thinks he is.

They need to piss off, des has raped us.
Deep and hard with no lube

Because we didn't assume the cap was 10 million & go on a spending spree. (paying overs for every player)

No you didn't assume because you were probably pretty much there......... your spending sprees consist of payments to players by third parties which exceed the amount that is declared and paid for by the Broncos under the cap. Have done it in the past with the Australian Captain Lockyer who was included in the cap for 250k and being paid the rest of his salary in third party.
Nothing wrong with third party deals, every club has them but the Broncs take it to the next level. Third parties need to be capped to stop the advantage that Brisbane and Melbourne have as one team towns.....there are what 9 or so Sydney clubs vying for sponsorship and third party in the same place. No wonder the Broncos have heavily resisted giving any support to a second Brisbane team.

Unfortunately there is more than one team in Sydney and in the State of NSW vying for TPA money compared to Brisbane who are the sole beneficiaries in Brisbane. As I said before no wonder Brisbane are so against any more teams in that area...........so the NRL rolls over and tries to look elsewhere to expand.

As were the Stewarts and Watmough who thought that they were running manly All three spat the dummy when Manly decided to take back control form tyhe senior players when halser

Hasler left Manly because the club was taking away his power to sign players as the back ended contracts were about to blow up at manly

Greenburg promised hasler that he would have full control of players contracts and recruitment if he came to the dogs Big mistake

Its not really that hard to work out that its not some magnificent management by the broncos. They just happen to be the only team in a major city that is in rugby league heartland.
