Surely they will start to worry about losing their spots in the election next year at some point. Might make them think paying him out is a good idea.

He will be given next year with Woods and Foran.

If it looks like anything than a deep playoff run, he will get turfed.

It all depends surely a rival ticket will put their hand up soon and put pressure on. The rival ticket won't win but it will put pressure on them to make a call on Des. If they don't win another game which is looking likely the pressure on them to act is going to be insane and someone will crack.

He'll hold onto this job for dear life because once he's out the door, he's unemployable.
No matter how bad any club is doing, they'd be fucking insane to sign him.

Luckily the bulldogs have the money to spend on all the bullshit he demanded. Imagine if he was at Newcastle, he would have run them into the ground financially and then sued them to pay out his contract after he drove them into bankrupt and rubbed out of the NRL.

The only way the rival ticket will get voted in, is if they give the members the guarantee that Des will be gone and that also depends on if the voting members are pro Des/Dib

He will never leave on his own. All he has done in the past 4 years is lower his market value. He will not go to another nrl club unless forced to.

He will be sent packing or come to a mutual agreement to leave either before the seasons over or during the off season.
He will be forced out because dib will realise its all over for him politically at the club if Des stays and the poor form continues into next year.
Des will walk out with a big pay packet.

If the losses continue maybe people like Turvey and Baa will join Dunn's ticket by 1 november if hasler not yet sacked. I don't think dib would want to oppose those two, they would surely have massive support from voters, so that's why I voted by end of 2017.

Question: What happens if another coach comes in, and literally nothing changes with how we play?
