If we have money in the bank for 4 players, which 4 would you target?

My pick in order would be
1. Sam Verrells
2. Matt Burton
3. Stephen Crichton
4. Sitili Tupouniua

If Staggs and Critchon were on a similar $$$ contract, id take staggs ever time

3. Centre - Stephen Crichton/Kotoni Staggs
4. Five-Eighth - Matt Burton

Try and sign Burton for next year.
Staggs easier to get imo.

I'd prefer a more attacking hooker over McInnes but he's the only good/top hooker off contract.

If we don't sign JAC (or another fullback) Burton would probably be higher up the list and Averillo could be used at fullback. Jahrome Hughes also a good option at fullback.

Verrills , Burton, JAC and you have an instant spine.

If they were all on the table and we had the budget, I'd go Staggs, Luai, Verrills, and Tupouniua. McInnes and JAC are great players, no doubt, but I'd probably go the younger versions in Verrills and Staggs or Crichton to give them a bit more of a window to grow together.

McInnes every day of the week.
The way that bloke leads, competes and his desire to win is priceless.
He'd be the ideal bloke to lead a young spine on the field.
Kotoni Staggs is next, he's the sort of player who halves want outside of them. Give him some early ball then watch him make you look good.
Sitili Tupouniua is the prototype of the modern edge forward, big and fast has an awkward rangy style and can whack in defence.
Lastly, not on your list but off contract, Shawn Blore, he'll be one of the best middle forwards of his generation imo.
I'm also presuming we've signed Burton already.

I like Chricton but I think we're more likely to get Staggs. Chricton has more finesse and skill about him whereas Staggs is just brute strength.

If the rumours are true, and Burton is already "in the bank", then I'd go for Sitili Tupouniua

Not overly strange IMHO

A once-proven FG'er who is being signed on minimum wage. Could be a Jennings replacement.

Hooker is our number 1 concern.

Cant see Brandon Smith or Harry Grant leaving the Storm.

I would go all out for Verrells. This kid along with Harry Grant are the ducks nuts of young hookers.

Need two topline forwards (we are short of one as it is, and another one to replace Napa for 2022)

Centre to replace Hoppa 2022
