Any of you girls know of a good blackhead remover product?

I have tiny barely visible ones on my nose, and in the crevice under my lip on my chin. They aren't really noticeable until I have a close up with a mirror as i do my eyebrows, and the ones on my chin can be quite bumpy if im wearing makeup. But they still make me freak out and then i notice them more.

Help :(

hmmm i know some brand just brought out a new blackhead removal face wash... or maybe try some exfoliating stuff and hopefully eventually they'll go away.. or smooth it out a bit :p

also i remember when those pore strips came out they were pretty cool - and actually pulled out quite a few too!

I gentle exfoliate my face fairly regularily, as part of my acne/combination skin maintenance. Help the bumps on the chin crevice....but they are still there, just not bumpy. :(

Found this soloution that might be of some help?

"drop a teaspoon of Epsom salts and three drops of iodine into 1/4 cup of boiling water and let cool. Then, soak a cotton pad in the mixture and dab onto your blackheads. This will loosen them right up and allow squeezing to commence."

Also do u steam up ur face to open the pores before u exfoliate? might help too

I've tried numerous times to get the buggers off my nose but i think they love me too much haha so ive given up

i've got those btches on my nose. I find that the best time to attack is after you've had a hot shower and your skin is supple. Attack them with a loofah with St Ives facial scrub.

My tip: Use St Ives Facial Srub (for your skin type) every second day and you'll never get a pimple. I haven't had a pimple in about 5 or 6 years :grinning:

After a shower - pat dry yourself! Don't rub yourself dry... this leaves a bit of water on the skin, then moisturise straight away! Makes your skin even better!

Hmm I'll consider looking into that. But genetically I am destined to have break out skin. My sister is 30 and still has episodes.

i have ZERO pimples now thanks to yasmin :p

I was on Yasmin for quite a while. I felt ridiculous on it. Granted it didn't make me gain weight, but it didn't help my skin at all which is the reason I went on it. Made me SO mood, tired and O% libido.

Not it doesn't.

Apart from stripping the grease off ur skin, it doesn't stop pimples for ****. :p

I have terrible skin and have tried everything for years and the best product for blackheads the only problem is that you can only buy them in Europe (which is where I got it) its called The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Nose Pore Mask. I use it on my chin as well it's bloody fantastic!
