Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Coach Des Hasler has today named his side to take on the Penrith Panthers this Saturday night at ANZ Stadium.

The match will kick-off at 7.55pm with the winner to advance through to the NRL Grand Final on Sunday, 5 October.

Hasler has been able to maintain the same 17-man side that played last weekend with Moses Mbye and Harlan Alaalatoa again named on an extended bench for the match.

Hasler knows it will be a tough challenge for his troops on Saturday night.

“Penrith have constantly defied the odds this season and they’ll be very hard to beat on Saturday,” Hasler said.

“The players have recovered well after last week and they know it’s a big game with so much to play for.”

Isn't there someone else we can put in instead of Mitch Brown?

Stanley? But he is injured or will get injured, so sadly, has to be Brown.

Strong side side there , but if they stick to Dessies plan , we should go ok .

Noticed everyone on the Mat Johns show picked the Pansters

13+ easy, they will choke big time. Having a week off is not necessarily a good thing. Think about it, for two weeks they have been nervous hearing the dogs beat
Melbourne in Melbourne and this week Manly.

Thats why Gus had to run out of the commentary box after our game, he had to run to the toilet to wipe his ass after shit him self!!!!!!
I can't see us beating them 13+. They are a tough mob. They will play us tight as they can, Lets not forget, they beat the Roosters, who beat the Cowboys, probably the two teams who were looking best prior to week one of the finals, They will be ready to do.

Gus was just upset he was wrong two games in a row.

The best thing in my opinion , in our favour , is that they have beaten us twice this year , the dogs know they will be out for blood .

Perhaps… But Manly fans were saying the same crap last year all through the finals from memory… This game will be decided on its own merits. I am super keen. I think it might be an even better game than the ones we saw this weekend.

Or the Panthers could be quietly confident thinking that we are a 40 minute team!!! 3 tries in 280 second half minutes is piss weak TBH. If we can't turn that around on Saturday I don't really like our chances. With that said I'd settle for a 1 point win.
