What a day aye, today's game was the first one my little boy (almost two) almost sat through entirely haha and what a game to do it.

I did have a lovely weekend, but my fathers day started the previous Sunday when my 3 year old walked into my office and handed me a card with a big beaming smile on his face and he says "Happy fathers day" (or i think he said that). Not wanting to crush him, I thanked him and opened the card.

Mrs CD, thinking she had done well, then came in with a gift. After the boy had left the room, I said "um, Father's day is next weekend". She's like: "are you sure?". Um, yes, i'm sure its still the first Sunday in September. She just threw her hands in the air and, left the room yelled "well, i wasn't born in this bloody country!".

I guess its the thought that counts... but i have been giving her stick for the past week about it.

Unfortunately not yet ,waiting for the bosses ticker medication to kick in as he is my paddle partner, although been doing 10kms a day 6 days a week in rowing machine lol
