Sounds awesome. Hopefully it doesn't go the way of In Waves. The title song was excellent and the rest of the album sucked.

New Five Finger album is pretty excellent. A lot like American Capitalist but a bit heavier. A few good guest artists too.
FFDP are pumping out albums at the moment lol.

Their latest release (before this one) was very good I thought. Lots of people hang shit on them, but I reckon they aren't too bad at all.

Is the latest one the one with the track "Lift Me Up" feat Rob Halford on it? Been waiting to hear what people thought of it (haven't got it yet).

So Just heard a shitty quality version of Korn's new track 'Never Never' from their new album out Oct 1st. I love that band.. And will back them to the death but this track let me down so bad. Head is back and it was labelled as more guitar driven but its a poppy anti love song with terrible dubstep again.
Ever since Korn got involved with Skrillex, they think dubstep would sound good integrated with their sound.

Reality: Sounds like shit.

Yep. They also have a song with Max Cavalera (Sepultura/Soul Fly) and a song with Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed)

Plus a very heavy version of "Mama said knock you out"

If your into tough guy cliche lyrics with Disturbed sounding guitar rhythms with a vocalist who sounds like a crapy rip off of Corey Taylor then its just for you.

Big fan of born of osiris. Can't wait for they're new album. Animals as Leaders should be out this year or early next year too. Love everything Tosin plays on. Bulb from periphery is recording it and helped write some tracks too

Korn's new single is rubbish. Worse than that dubstep monstrosity.

Basically 90's soft rock with random electro pop parts.

Movin' to the country,
Gonna eat a lot of peaches
Movin' to the country,
Gonna eat me a lot of peaches
Movin' to the country,
Gonna eat a lot of peaches
Movin' to the country,
Gonna eat a lot of peaches

Peaches come from a can,
They were put there by a man
In a factory downtown
If I had my little way,
I'd eat peaches every day
Sun-soakin' bulges in the shade
(Chours)

I took a little nap where the roots all twist
Squished a rotten peach in my fist
And dreamed about you, woman,
I poked my finger down inside
Make a little room for an ant to hide
Nature's candy in my hand or can or a pie

Millions of peaches, peaches for me
Millions of peaches, peaches for free

Millions of peaches, peaches for me
Millions of peaches, peaches for free

Look out!

Millions of peaches, peaches for me
Millions of peaches, peaches for free

Millions of peaches, peaches for me
Millions of peaches, peaches for free

Millions of peaches, peaches for me
Millions of peaches, peaches for free

Millions of peaches, peaches for me
Millions of peaches, peaches for free

KoRn has to be one of the worst bands out there at the moment. They have been horrendous for at least 10 years, probably since Head left.

Finally listening to The Oceans Pelagial. Absolutely awesome stuff. I can't fathom any metal head not liking this.

Soundwave being announced next Friday.

I actually saw this gig in Newcastle and thought ST completely blew AIC offstage. I was keen to see ST but wanted to see AIC more and as soon as Muir, Trujillo, Clark all hit the stage pumping, I could've left after they played. Having seen them 8 times after this, they never disappoint.
On topic, Testament, Megadeth, LetLive, Living Colour, STP - in for sure!!

suicidals were awesome and did blow them offstage, you'd need pantera or similar back then to pick up where the suicidals left off. alice in chains probably should have opened, then suicidals.

Agreed on both fronts mate, was lucky enough to see Pantera not long after at Newcasle Entertainment Centre and actually got my hands on Vinnies drumstick - very lucky indeed and what a gig that was.
That ST show still holds some amazing memories - opening with "You can't bring me down" (like they always do) so, so good....
