Wonder is this is anything to do with the rumour of his involvement with the Manly match fixing saga.

disgraceful, he is getting paid to go to physio and is missing sessions. I bet Billy Slater was meticulous with his shoulder rehab but look how that turned out. If he doesn't go through physio procedures properly he could risk re injuring and Parramatta lose again by paying him out. Watmough 2.0

Must be a lot going around in his mind at the moment. The club asked him to stay in Sydney rather than return to the rehabilitation centre he was attending for his psychological problems so he could undergo treatment for his shoulder injury. It would appear he is not attending to either at the moment. With all the on goings at Parramatta maybe he is looking for a way out. The agreement he has with them only allows him to leave via a get out clause if the coach Arthur is sacked, so he is effectively tied to them for at least the rest of this year and next.

KIERAN Foran has agreed to a revised two-year deal at the Parramatta Eels, with options for a third and fourth season in the blue and gold in the Kiwi Test five-eighth’s favour.

Under the terms of the new contract, the $1 million get out clause has been wiped with a new get-out clause structured around Brad Arthur being the Eels head coach.

If Arthur is sacked by Parramatta at any stage of the contract, Foran is free to walk away.

Foran’s agent Paul Sutton has been thrashing out the fine print on the contract with the Eels for the past week with Eels head of football operations Daniel Anderson sent a copy of the revised deal this morning.

The new agreement means Foran has remained loyal to the Eels but will monitor the club’s volatile political structure and then decided whether to exercise the third and four year options in the revised agreement.

Found this other article and some pretty explosive comments included...

http://www.sportsfan.com.au/foran-i...oran-issued-eels-breach-notice--report_280616

Fox Sports reported star halfback Foran was issued with the notice on Tuesday evening after failing to show up for several rehabilitation sessions on his injured shoulder.

It has also been speculated that Foran had been fined $5000 and had the club captaincy taken away from him, according to the Nine Network.

An Eels spokesman has been contacted for comment.

Foran has been sidelined for the rest of the season due to the injury and the club has taken a hard-line approach after feeling he had neglected his obligations.

The notice was the first of three, with club rules stating a player can be fired following a third notice.

The New Zealand Test pivot was signed to a $4.8 million four-year deal by the Eels starting this year but had managed just nine games due to injury and personal issues.

Foran has endured a turbulent year since departing Manly, granted leave in April to enter rehabilitation following the breakdown of his relationship with his long-term partner.

He returned against Melbourne in round 11 but suffered a season-ending torn tendon in his shoulder the following week against Newcastle.

Eels legend Peter Sterling told Triple M he had spoken to coach Brad Arthur who confirmed Foran had been the subject of a breach notice.

With the club set to have its penalties for salary-cap breaches finalised in the coming week, Sterling said it had been the most-tumultuous season in the club's history.

"If the 12 points are stripped, which we believe is going to happen, when that happens, I don't think there's any doubt that this is the worst," Sterling said.

"Hopefully this is rock bottom and we build from here, but it's been a terrible year."

i honestly don't know how much more drama can encompass parramatta this year,
no one could right this shit to from a potential premiership threat (albeit illegally assembled) too having there 2 main players 1 injured out for the season with countless issues and there 2nd going to France via Fiji.
Does it end with Jayne returning for next year

We did play them without Foran and they still beat us, they are weaker now then when they played us though, no peats or radradra anymore. Would be perfect to play them now.

Mountain out of a molehill.

Club won't sack him and he'll just politely tell them to get fucked and stick their breach notice.

Foran doesn't need Parra.
but Parra does need Foran.
