Idris was at his fittest before his injury. He's now been injured for some time and probably still eats a fair bit due to his naturally large size.

The body goes into crazy mode when you go from full fitness for a long period and then stop all together. I'm not surprised he looks fatter.

Definately, he along with Sezer & Kelly have been the Titans best all season.

I was surprised how good Jamal's defense was this year as well, he was a massive loss when he got injured, he looked at his unstoppable best this year.

early on in the season jamal idris looked to have slimmed down losing the puppy fat he had around his guts, then seeing him on Monday night tweeting after the titans win, it looks like all his hard work to lose the weight has been for nothing, as he did look like hes put it all back on

jamal on his day is a very good player, its just a shame he left the dogs
