The AGM is held in February annually

Hi @Steve M. Just wanted to know how the renewal of the membership works each year. I joined this year (thanks to you) and was wondering whether the club sends me a renewal form or do I have to chase this for myself.

The Club will send you a Notice of the Annual General Meeting giving you the date, time and location and on that notice will be a reminder to pay your annual fee and give you the various options to pay. You can pay it on the morning of the AGM at the League Club as well.
