Looks good bro, hope you enjoyed it.

I had a bbq for lunch but I was a couple of beers in on a empty stomach to remember to take a pic, the warmth, a bbq and beer is hard to beat as a combo.

Was delicious bro. Nothing beats a BBQ and a few cold ones on a Sunday arvo

Grunthose's “Hunter” Gravy:
For schnitzel, steak, chicken or turkey.

1: Tin of mushrooms in butter sauce.

2: Sliced mushrooms.

3: Diced onion

4: Sachet or two of pepper gravy.

5: Sour cream.

Put the onion in a saucepan and cook with butter or margarine, then add mushrooms and pepper gravy, finally add sour cream and blend over a moderate heat.
Salt and pepper if necessary.

Got bog average and I heard somewhere it may have closed. B85 at Campbelltown is pretty good.
They were pretty great back in the day.

Wouldn't surprise me if they turned to shit, like everything else.

Finishing off Polo a la Brasa (Peruvian Chicken) with an aji verde sauce, sides are ottolenghis roast cauliflower salad and double roasted spuds.

Pics to come.

Sauce is a bit thick but dang, that was worth the effort. That aji verde sauce, if you can find Huancatay, madness. Chicken was on point and the salad madness. From his book Jerusalem.
