Often this time of year as the weather cools down I like to have little back yard fires.

So glad I didn't get one going this afternoon.
The mood I'm in right now, I may have done something irrational and burnt every bit of bulldogs shit I have in the house.

The broncos game a few weeks ago fucking done me in.

The roosters game last week is just another example of our shithouse team finding a win to keep tormenting me.

Then bang,
We back to being fucked again.

I'm really fucking frustrated with the prolonged failure.

If I'm being honest, we have been rebuilding since 2006.

Fucking long time
A lot of coaches and players and staff have come through the joint in that time

And here we are, back to back spoons.

I think I need to step away from the game for a while.
Suppose to be entertainment to enjoy some down time

But being this shit for so long,
I'm done for a bit.
Its seriously affecting my mental health

Last week was just one win and people started getting ahead of themselves. A thread was made about being in the top 8 by origin. It was never happening. Until the coach and some players are moved on I have zero expectations of this team.

I yelled and screamed at every fuck up.
It was regular.
It scared the family.
They all went and hid up the back rooms of the house to get away from me.

I'm really angry.
This has been building up for a while now and it's not healthy.

I’m not watching any NRL games anymore.. just ours because I don’t want to be a bandwagon supporter….But today was the last straw for me for the NRL.. the game is dogshit

My son rang me after the game tonight to do a welfare check (he’s a broncos supporter) he said “you have to get off the dog’s dad I don’t want you dead from a heart attack because of a shit football side” it’s nice to know he cares But FMD he’s right, I find myself asking why do I continue to upset myself week after week year after year?

Yep ever since the second half of the 2006 Prelim final we haven’t recovered. We’ve only had flash in the pan performances since then or one off good seasons. Dogs of war died at half time of that semi against Brisbane in 2006. We have not been a proper bulldogs team ever since, well not like the bulldogs we knew anyway.
