I've been to Santorini, not Mykonos, but it depends what you're after. If you're after partying, then Mykonos and Ios are the islands to go (keep an eye on your woman though if you travel with one and hold her hand there are sleazy Italian guys there who will try touch any woman they see). However if you want to relax and not party, then Santorini is the one to go to.
