Most of you jokers on this forum would not have seen Les Johns play. Absolute genius. The equal of Lamb and Turvey at the very least. It annoys me greatly when great players of the past get overlooked for best ever teams and players of far less calibre get picked instead. Same when people refer to Billy Slater as the best fullback ever when best fullback in the modern era is a more apt description. Ennis in his selected team shows he has a brain.

When you read that team. You realize how soft our squad has been for so many years. It's embarrassing. Peter Kelly, David Gillespie, Chris mortimer were as hard as they come. The games become so soft, as too this milleniall generation...mostly overpayed and underperforming brats... That is all.

I said I struggled with who to put in and out.
I loved El Magic more than Dallas, but Dallas was a freak when he hit the scene with us IMO.

SBW didn’t play as many games as Langmack or Ryan or Jackson either. it’s just my opinion of pure talent, that’s all.
