Akanji isn't much better. It's over already. Even if we get a late goal.. We're miles from being a title team.

Both teams have had crazy howlers defensively this game. It's been a shocking standard. It's a miracle its only 1-1

only way it'll be over is if the gap gets to double digits, marmoush returning from afcon and semenyo being available after the fa cup should help boost your attacking options.
 
Brentford could be a chance of making top 4 this season or at least make it into Europa/conference league

Marmoush hasn't done much either and barely gets game time when he does play. I wouldn't be surprised if he's sold at the end of the season. Semenyo will help.

We need one, maybe two CBs, a RB and LB and another defensive mid. Defense is our issue. This Alleyne kid was probably our best defender today which highlights the problem.

use have alt nouri coming back after afcon which should help at left back even though he has been underwhelming for City. do agree use need 1 cb and a rb, doubt use get a dm until the summer

Unfortunately Alt Nouri isn't a good defender and is a liability there too. It was another wasted signing.

Hopefully we can get Anderson or Wharton in the summer. They'd be huge signings. Gonzalez is average at best.

That's what I said during the game. The defending and decision making was diabolical. It honestly should have been 6-5. It was as if all of the defenders were match fixing
 
Only 7 points separate 5th and 15th. It will be a crazy race for the last Champions League spot if there is a 5th spot again. A surprise club might get that last spot.

Even so, Liverpool in 4th spot are only 2 points ahead of 5th.

Jesus Christ you lot are class when they’re on. We were wasteful but the midfield and backline of city absolutely schooled us. Made our two expensive 9s look Sunday League level. Surely City can get it together and steal this Prem of Assna tho @B-Train
