If we can't get either player until 2023 we should keep Thompson for 2022 but let the Tigers sign him now on full cost for 2023

Let Elliott go too and after replacing Thompson we have 680K cap freed up to buy someone else very decent.

Give Jacko to the Storm or someone else and go with this pack for 2023. Potentially best pack in the comp

Fotuaika at 650k - looks like a future star, would be a good buy.

However I'd rather re-sign Thompson at 650k and use Elliotts money on someone like Tapine.

There is honestly no one whatsoever on the market who is officially availabl for 2022 that is worth it. None. Zilch

Nrl has a monster player shortage and most clubs have room to spare in their cap too.

The only decent players available are under contract to other clubs. So all we be doing is speculating like always.
