According to The Daily Telegraph’s Phil Rothfield , serial off-field offender Dugan was punted from Cronulla RSL last week for allegedly swearing and behaving badly on the drink.
The Sharks recruit reportedly left the premises without further incident, assisted by team-mate Andrew Fifita, who is not accused of any wrongdoing.

THERE has been a new development in the off-field incident involving star Sharks signing Josh Dugan and an incident at the Cronulla RSL.
The Sunday Telegraph’s Phil Rothfield reported that Dugan was tossed out of Cronulla RSL last week for swearing and causing a scene in the poker machine area.
It can be revealed that not only was Dugan asked to leave, but Fifita as well.
“I can confirm that Josh Dugan and Andrew Fifita were asked to leave Cronulla RSL by our Security staff,” Sue McNeill, Cronulla RSL Memorial Club CEO, said in a statement to foxsports.com.au.
“I spoke with the Sharks regarding this matter on Saturday the 17th February. The incident requires no further action from Cronulla RSL.
“Sharks and the NRL integrity unit are now dealing with this matter.”
RSL president Ian Bourke told The Sunday Telegraph that controversy magnet Dugan was “carrying on like a real goose.”
“When one of our female employees, who had no idea who he was, told him to stop, he said ‘who do you think you are?’
“Look, he’s not the first person to swear at the club and it’s not a sackable offence,” Bourke said.
“He’d had a couple to drink. We won’t cite him or bar him but he shouldn’t be swearing and carrying on in front of our members. They complained so we had to get him out.”
The Sunday Telegraph reported that Sharks and NSW teammate Andrew Fifita — himself no stranger to controversy — helped escort Dugan from the premises.
