The creator Akira Toriyama forgot about her. Just like how he forgot to put tails on Trunks and Goten. lol

I remember this one kid in primary school used to scream and try and turn super saiyan almost every morning lol. During the school holidays he went away and his parents let him bleech his hair, he came back to school and was like "i told you i could turn super saiyan" ahaha.

I think SS2 and SS3 are basically useless in the new series. Once they hit SSG they gain godly Ki and there body remembers it. So with his base form increased so much already it is not worth putting the strain on his body to go above SS as the power increase is not worth it. So SSG is basically just a title rather than a new form, where as SSGSS is reaching Super Saiyan with the Godly Ki.... i think? Lol
