I’ve made chef john’s prison meatloaf (food wishes) and the same thing happened. I thought it’d be shit but it was amazing. One of my go-to recipes now.Alright. So I made the Turkey Meatloaf Pizza thing last night and I don't quite understand why but it was friggin amazing. Absolute party in my mouth.
I'm guessing it was based on me using my awesome pizza sauce. But either way it just worked so well.
I always inject. Beef stock.To inject or not to inject that is the question.
