Im the same, i never even heard of him till people started posting on here we were interested. Ill have to watch him more closely this year yet he will be off the back of probs best pack in nrl
I consider, forwards, in particular props as taking the longest to mature into established first graders.
They can show all the potential in the world in the lower grades and until they step up to the week in week out
physicality of being able to take the hard knocks they will remain in the lower grades.
Unless they show a high degree of toughness, they will be found out.

Why do people think getting Pahulu early improves us this year? He’s 20. Sure will be helpful for his development coming here 12 months in advance but he isn’t making a serious impact until 2026 or later

But But.. aLAmOti WoN a RiNg aT 20!!

Didn't Lachlan Lewis put JWH on his back?
Am I remembering that correctly?
When TPJ was at the Broncs I remember him running full blast at Lewis who was standing still. When he hit Lewis it was like hitting a brick wall, with TPJ getting driven and Lewis hardly flinching. Pity Lewis couldn’t pass, run, kick, organise or steal shit as good as he could tackle.

And if a player in the current side stood up to Cody Walker the way Lewis did, I'm pretty confident they wouldn't all be standing around watching.

Liked LEWIS he was a great defender had a good boot I also don't doubt he would've had added pressure given his last name while I don't condone what he did truth be known it was a speaker of not any great value if I remember I thought he was doing it for a laugh that backfired. His war on WALKER went a bit over the top but can't say I didn't love every time he got one on WALKER. I reckon the best way to beat SOUTHS is to bash WALKER and MITCHELL early once they are stirred up, they lose it and go to their grub tactics

Yep your spot on, hit either of them ( walker, mitchell ) real hard & they definately become upset as they both think there the ants pants.

That period for the Bulldogs was shameful, the team lacked any physical aggression and basically got intimidated by all and sundry which goes against the clubs DNA… to your point, whilst our current team lacks alpha’s, they are at least committed to each other standing up for their fellow teammates. The only disappointing thing for me is it’s usually led by Reed Mahoney, one of our smallest players which looks a little weird if i’m being honest, it should come from one of our bigger boys (from what we have, should be driven by Kiks, Sitili, Amone or Curran).

Danika looking delicious as usual :kissingheart::yum:
