NRL Leaks: Cowboys and Bulldogs fighting over promising Dragons young gun Reece Robson

The Dragons are on the verge of losing one of the most talented players to have ever come through the club.

Last year's NSW Origin Under-20's Player of the Year, Reece Robson, is set to quit Saints to link with either the Bulldogs or North Queensland.

The Junior Kangaroo is being offered $350,000 a season by the two rival clubs.

Dragons coach Paul McGregor is the biggest fan of first-choice hooker Cam McInnes, which is why Robson knows his pathway to the NRL is jammed.

The kid is from the northern rivers region as far as im aware. Townsville is further away from his roots than Sydney, but if he has no ties to Sydney then this could swing either way.

Walk up start at hooker if he chooses Bulldogs without question.
However if he wants to back himself to unseat Granville and play behind the likes of McLean, McGuire, Taumololo, then i think we will lose out.

The Dragons have been around for a hundred years and have one of the most glorious histories in the league. i'm going to suggest this is somewhat of an exaggeration.
