Opinion Do we see Hayward in our 17

In my opinion I didn’t see much of him besides he can be a hooker but reed usually plays 80
Mins anyway I say maybe he should go back to nsw cup one thing frustrated me when we were in the opposition 10 and he just looked around
And gave up a tackle which can be very vital in stages!!!

So true I don’t know why he is even there he had no idea what he was doing giving up tackles really now we have these other options I really wonder what ciro first picks… I really don’t want to see Haywood there no need too rather have the underhill or someone who can have some impact or something anyone can be a dummy half. I don’t see any use for Haywood
 
I'd have him on the bench to play 20-30 min at hooker & cover injuries to the 6-7-9 but he shouldn't play any minutes at lock.

If CC is going to play Mahoney 80 min then Hayward at best should be 18th man.

Underhill is miles off, would be another ineffective ball carrier in the NRL right now. Mann, Todd and even Hayes should be part of the lock rotation, no need for the likes of Haywood and Salmon imo.
 
He plays a good link man and adds some cohesion in attack when it is often lacking. However, as Marley points out, he's not a threat running the ball.

He gets defensive sets off to a good start though.

Mahoney would benifit from playing fewer minutes. He can make mistakes playing 80 and trying to create something.

Not anyone can be a dummy half.
 
If CC wants cover for 6,7 and 9 then Haywood makes the team; he should only be used at 13 when the team is depleted of other options. Should probably start the season at 9 in NSW Cup where he can show what he offers as a starting 9 and an alternative to Turpin as the back up to Reed Mahoney.
 
He isn’t in our strongest 17 IMO, but decent cover for 9,13,14 throughout the season, and at a pinch might be able to cover 7,6 for a short period of time. Not our best option for any position 1-13, and I think we have better options in the 14 when everyone is fully fit.
 
You could at least get his name right it's Hayward. He will drop back to RG.
 
He’s an ok 14, but that’s it.
I reckon its either Hayward or Salmon.
 
I don’t see him being there I think salmon will be the sub ciro seems to love to fish boy but if I was to choose it would be Jaemon
