It's quite simple, those members who want to do up their username go to the Kennel store, update your username colour immediately after making it italic before you select a glow, if you're not wanting a bold username, unless you've got a bold username which is going to become italic after you have selected a glow, in which case select your glow before you make it italic, update the username colour after you've updated the glow, and if you ensure that the glow is selected prior to becoming italic you would be eligible for a Kennel cash refund.
You would not be refunded your Kennel cash in the following case,
If you're not updating your username colour, you don't need to update to italic prior to creating the glow after you have made your username bold, you simply create the glow, update to bold before going italic after you've selected your glow colour, once you have confirmed that the italic font is active before selecting the bold font, hit the back key then complete step 3 once again with the exception of selecting bold before italic.
