Disappearing avatar and couldn't upload another

Noticed my avatar shows up as a broken image. Went to the control panel to upload another. Only could select the file and couldn't find the 'upload' button.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Comes up fine.

Is this now fixed or still a problem?

Very odd. I can view it on internet explorer but not on Opera 20 or Chrome, both mobile and pc version.

Ah well, if others can see it, I don't mind too much!
