Yep we can't give them too much of a sniff, as we have seen, they bat a long way and chasing 350 on this pitch is certainly not an impossible task

I don't think it will deteriorate all that much from here, it still looks like a great pitch to be out there batting on. See what happens today though, i might be wrong
 
konstas needs to work on the inswinger seems to be his biggest weakness

pitch has held together really well. MCG every now and then does produce some flat pitches.
other venues have improved in Aus with a lot more bowler friendly wickets

I wouldn't mind a dollar for each play and miss this morning
 
hopefully batting gets a bit easier after lunch. need to accelerate the run rate to get to 350 plus before end of the day

Marsh is a terrible player of spin, too. If we take him to Sri Lankan we’re not right in the head.

could replace marsh with Maxwell for the Sri Lanka test series.

Not the worst idea. Maxwell’s only test hundred was in India. Not 100% sure of the venue, but I think it was Indore.
