Oddly enough, this is something that's been in place in most countries for all vaccines since 1986. It protects against frivolous lawsuits. But if a company is completely negligent then they are still liable to criminal action.

I know Southy, but this is something avoidable… They are supposed to follow the protocols to keep the virus in..not let it out.. it’s a quarantine hotel for God sake.. Their family members have been tested and they are corona free..
