Just a guess, but I'd think that the whole idea was to try to sue. And while I understand that many Aboriginals found the brand name offensive, I fail to see why they need to be involved in renaming it. As long as it's been rebranded to a non offensive name this should be counted as a win for anyone that was having sleepless nights over it.
