Virtual Machine. But you also need a copy of old Windows for that.

If it's Windows 10, Hyper V + Windows 7... and technically you can go:

Windows 10 running Client HyperV > Windows 7 > Virtual Machine Windows XP.

Not the greatest setup but it does work.

For some reason, games with a number endings in their title always remind me of other games with a similar format. Fallout 38... somehow this reminds me of Interstate 76!

I had no idea bro. I've had a steam account that I haven't used in years. I might need to get back onto it. I got all the Mega Drive games already but these additional functions look and sound awesome

Vice City or San Andreas. I loved Vice City for the 80's theme and awesome soundtrack. San Andreas was epic for its size at the time and had a pretty great story. They are both my favorite gta games out of all.
