Yeah Madge is the type of personality they need so long as the Broncos fully back him when he gets tough with the players, and the likes of Tallis and Parker don't undermine Madge if shit hits the fan.

They're under achieving massively given their roster and I think Walters will be forced out before any players are. But roster quality isn't their issue. Plenty of sides would kill to have half their talent. But recently they just don't seem to have the attitude right.

Say something they have over paid Walsh he is quick but makes a lot of errors can’t defend for shit either
