Best chips I’ve had were also with the best burger I’ve ever had - the brisket burger daily special at the Cooma Hotel. The chips were crispy until the beetroot aioli dropped all over them

Perfectly done is crispy on the outside and tender in the middle.

I find that putting thick cut chips in the air fryer at for 20 mins on high, letting them cool then another 10 mins on high does this.

They come out superb without all the deep frying (for those trying to be alittle good)
