best thing I've heard is that they are doing lots of catching and passing practice. If Elliot can hang on to the ball he'll be a decent attacking weapon. But mostly he needs to learn how to tackle properly so hopefully Pay can sort that out.

Yeah he’s got the right mindset for defence, puts his body in front, but sometimes his technique is lacking, missed some crucial tackles last year
