Canterbury Bulldogs player Adam Elliot has appeared at Downing Centre Court in relation to charges of willful and obscene exposure during Mad Monday celebrations.

Elliott and Asipeli Fine are expected to enter a pleas in November, after being charged with wilful and obscene exposure following while on the balcony of the Harbour View Hotel at The Rocks in September.

Lawyers for both men appeared at Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday before proceedings were adjourned until November 21.

Elliott, 24, looked stony-faced left the court with his supporters following the brief mention.

His lawyer told media they will “have to wait” until the next hearing to find out if Elliott would plead guilty.

WTF is this "mention" bullshit.
The whole legal system is a fucking rort, designed to line the pockets of judges and lawyers.
Set a date, then try the case on that date. WTF is so hard ?
Elliot's lawyer probably got $5k for today's "work".

Can't believe this is what gets you in court these days.

We have killers, rapists, thieves, cheaters, drug dealers to name a few running free in this world... yet we have an otherwise model citizen in court for taking his clothes off in what was a private function. You'd think he was running around naked on the streets going off the big farce that's gone on here!

Bloody still furious over this!

This should have been sorted out today and put to rest.

On a side note I like Adams haircut.

It'll get Section 10'd (No Conviction Recorded) and released with no case to answer.

There was no danger to the public seeing it with a (pardon the pun) naked eye, hence the charges won't stick.

Don't bother with the video.
Too late!

I hope he realised how much support he’s got from Doggies fans and uses that to continue to get better and become a bulldogs legend!

Yeah maybe he should have filmed himself snorting 5 or 6 lines of coke instead ,apparently its just a bad look for the game in afl, and amazingly thats the end of it.no legal ramifications for takeing illegal drugs, good look for plenty of aspiring kids out there, daddy “whats racking up mean”?
Inglis has less coverage, the two parra snorters have less coverage. It can only be a personal vendetta against the club

Am I wrong, he got charged for being nude on a private verandah. There was no complaints from from the public inside or outside of the bar. If it wasnt for invasion of privacy no one would have known, but he got charged . Hmm now that makes sense. The club should have fought the charges.

Back on track..

Anyone keen on getting a portable speaker and going into court playing sweet caroline?

Also - a couple boxes of beer would be nice.

Just had a look at today's Telegraph at the coffee shop and in the What's the buzz column this little gem....Trying to smooth the waters after his employer plastered our story ( obtained via deception) all over the front pages and within for weeks on end....

" Which NRL players from a Sydney based club BEHAVED WORSE than the Bulldogs on Mad Monday but then got away with it thanks to a cover -up by the venue management. "

Well the Tele is pretty good at weeding out these types of stories.....why no big reveal?????

Logical guess would be either Roosters or Souths players.
