Not a burger restaurant but Rose of Australia, Erskineville goes hard. Their menu items were put together with a hand from Masterchef contestants. Worth a visit.

Burger head out in crossroads. Smashed burgers are my preference. Not really into the thick ass patty burgers.

Paul's in Sylvania is pretty good if you like old school hamburgers. It's well balanced too as the chips and shakes are also really good as well. There's a bit of a photo wall in there with plenty of Dragons and Dogs players having been there over the years.

The other impressive thing is the assembly line of staff. Even with 30 people waiting in front of you it will still be no more than a 7 minute wait.

Sneaky burger down here in Wollongong is the best. Located under the western grand stand of win stadium. Holy trinity burger and Pineapple Express are the so good.

Around the world I also loved GBK Gourmet Burger Kitchen in UK. Huge range to choose from. Only problem was their headline burger also their biggest contained beetroot. Aussie Burger you're guessing? No the Kiwi who started the franchise called it a Kiwi Burger.

In NZ also loved Fergburgers.

Dude you can’t go past HisBoy down here in the Gong. Love their burgers. Some nice local beers on tap too

Overseas:
*Wahlburgers - they ask you how you want your burger cooked.
*Shake Shack - just quality all round, burgers, fries and shake.

Domestic:
*Newy Burger Co - Newcastle
*Burger Rebellion - Port Macquarie
*Grill'd - just for your regular franchise burger chain, they come out on top over the likes of burger urge etc.

That's the stuff I was talking about with Burgers By Josh. A burger so large you can't eat it. It's good for novelty factor but kind of pointless if you can't fit it in your mouth.

Burgers by Josh had one called "Noah's Ark". It had two beef patties, two chicken patties, two rashers of bacon, two slices of cheese. Good novelty idea but you end up taking it apart to eat it and it doesn't taste great.
